I’m writing this to give a heads-up to folks thinking about using this company for app development. We’ve shelled out tens of thousands of dollars, and they’ve missed every single deadline they promised. They told us we’d have our app by September 2021, but here we are in February 2022, and still nothing. They blew off several deadlines, and we thought we were finally getting somewhere when the Director assured us that we’d have it by January 28, 2022. Sadly, those promises turned out to be empty. The project manager hasn’t been clear at all, and even though we’ve tried to communicate ways to speed things up—like using pages from our website instead of reinventing the wheel—we found ourselves being ignored while they wasted time on stuff we already discussed simplifying. There are two crucial features we absolutely need: one was scoped wrong and won’t work for us, and the other hasn’t even been tested yet, days after the date we were promised. At first, we were pretty understanding because we get that tech can be tricky, but this whole project has just been a letdown. So, take our experience to heart—this company is not one we’d recommend to anyone.
